Officina Battaglin Becomes Newest Partner in velofix DIRECT Program

Officina Battaglin is proud to announce a new partnership with Velofix, the largest fleet of Mobile Bike Shops in North America which offers bike sales and service to cyclists at their home or office.

Known as “the mobile version of the local bike shop”, Velofix certified mechanics offer cyclists all the same service options as a brick and mortar shop including assembly, maintenance and bike fitting.

Cyclists can go online and request Velofix assistance at their preferred place and time, and select the type of services required. Velofix will arrive on time at the appointment to execute the services right in your driveway in a fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter van.

The partnership between Velofix and Officina Battaglin, an Italian brand focused exclusively on the frame manufacturing, will provide American and Canadians’ customers assistance during all phases of the purchasing process.

The process begins in Marostica, Italy with the guidance of Giovanni Battaglin, where the frame is manufactured; it will end at the customer’s home, where Velofix will build and fit the bike for the customer.

Purchasing Process for Canadian and American Customers


Customers in the USA and Canada who purchase a frame from Officina Battaglin will be contacted by Velofix who will deliver the frame and offer the following services:
• Offer components available for purchase to assemble the bicycle (pedals, etc.)
The customer will work with the mechanic and select the ideal components to unleash the full
potential of the frame;
• Assembly of the bike with the components selected and purchased through Velofix.
The customer will receive the bike professionally assembled and ready for final adjustments;
• Tune up and fitting. All tune ups will be conducted by Velofix and the customer will be guided by the mechanic in order to know the new bike’s secrets.

At this point, the only thing left to do is test the new bike!

After 30 days, Velofix will contact the customer to ensure that everything is working smoothly and set up a follow-up appointment if necessary, at no charge. If repairs or maintenance are necessary within the 30 day period, Velofix will schedule an appointment, the customer will set a date, time and place and specify the services requested. After the 30 days, Velofix will serve as the service partner for the customer and ensure the total satisfaction.

Officina Battaglin is the only ‘Made in Italy’ brand available through the Velofix DIRECT offer. The Velofix crew is fully trained in the Battaglin products and is there to pro-actively assist the customer in choosing the right frame in the right size, combined with the components to complete the bike.
