Returns Policy

All jersey sales are final and aren’t eligible for a refund.

We can cancel your order and refund your payment only if your order has not yet shipped.

Faulty orders

If you believe your jersey was damaged in shipping or didn’t receive the package, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we’ll pay for the return shipping costs by issuing a partial refund.

Size change policy

We encourage you to try the product in the first two weeks to ensure it fits you perfectly.

Upon receipt of your order, if you wish to change size, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.

To avoid delays due to customs import procedures, you’ll be responsible for shipping your old item.

You should ship it back using the carrier of your choice (we suggest using express shipping services providing a tracking number, and not the national post service).

It is important that you label the parcel as a ‘return to original sender’ as this should ensure there are no customs duties to pay.

IMPORTANT: international customers will be responsible also for all the costs (shipping and customs import duties) for shipping the new items. You’ll be asked to cover these fees before we ship the replacement.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
