First wanted to say thanks for all your help and helping me select the Power Plus Frame.

It has been a long journey but finally got the frame I wanted.

I have been riding steel frame bikes for over 25 years and have been looking for a new/replacement frame for the last four years.

During this time I read up and looked at many steel and titanium bikes options, but nothing clicked.

Then sometimes you get lucky and I ran across an article on the Power Plus Bike on Bicycling Magazine “Just Might Be The Best All-Around Steel Bike”.

Even after this, I procrastinated for a year and finally decided to reach out and email Officina Battaglin for information.

Soon after I was surprised to hear from you Alex, asking if we could have a telephone conference.

I thought this was odd, but what the heck and went along.

During the call you were very generous with your time explaining the bike strength & build process, purchasing a frame option only and/or a complete bike.

From the called, I learned that you are passionate about your bikes but you never pressured me to buy. And I thank you for that.

But I am glad I finally did. Built up the frame this last weekend and went out for several rides.

Initially, I was concerned that I was buying a frame based on a recommendation from a magazine.

But the article was right on.

The bike is super smooth and absorbs all of the road noise.

I have been riding these roads for approximately 10 years and this was my smoothest ride.

Everything is easier and faster especially the climbing and cornering.

My biggest problem was slowing down because the bikes just want to keep on going and going.

I love my old Serotta Steel bike but this bike is Special.

The best comparison I have is when you have been driving American cars all your life and you drive your first BMW Sports Car.
