As you can see, the Netherlands is quite flat.
It’s all flat. This is typically Dutch. And in this world, there’s now a new kind of bike.
A bike that is astonishing… That you can’t compare to anything else.
You know it! But do other people do?
It’s the Officina Battaglin Portofino.
I have it now for a few days. This is my second ride, and I’m still astonished by the quality.
The quality of the components you advised…
The quality especially of the driving.
And I don’t know, I told you so, I don’t know what happened…
But it seems to me that there is a motor inside.
I’m simply going faster with more ease!
My heart rate is 10 to 15 points lower at the same speed. Against wind and before the wind.
It’s just incredible. I very much love this bike.
I’ve had many bikes before… My wife says ‘you have had too many’! But this is my absolute beauty.
And it’s not only beautiful… but its ride… It’s amazing.
So everyone who wants to consider a Portofino… If you want me to give them advice, just call… Give them my email… And I will tell them.
By the way, you advised this saddle, the short-nose Selle San Marco.
It’s lovely.
I used to sit on Fizik Aliante, and that was fine too… But this is better.
There’s nothing I can say about this bike that I don’t like.
And that’s not just because I’ve only had it for a few days… It’s simply because of the quality.
The riding quality and the way it’s made. My friends who have seen it were all astonished.
